MyPrint, Georgia Southern’s no-cost student printing solution, is available on our Statesboro, Armstrong, and Liberty campuses. We offer a number of convenient printing options to help you be successful. Select an option below or keep reading to learn more!
FindMe Printer Locations
Virtual printers that can redirect print jobs to physical printers. It allows you to submit a print job from open labs, Email to Print, or Web Print and pick it up from any FindMe Locations.

Printing in Computer Labs
Open Labs are typically located in a common space, such as the Russell Union or Learning Commons. To print in these labs, follow the steps below for Windows or macOS.
Printing in Open Labs – Windows
- Sign in to a computer
- Print your document, select a FindMe printer and print
- FindMe_BlackWhite_Double
- FindMe_BlackWhite_Single
- FindMe_Color_Double
- FindMe_Color_Single
- Visit a Release Station or Mobile Print Kiosk, enter your 9 digit Eagle ID, select your documents and print them.
Printing in Open Labs – macOS
- Sign in to the computer
- Click the “green” printer icon in the upper right hand corner and click “Refresh my printers now”
- Print your document, select a FindMe printer and print

- Visit a Release Station or Mobile Print Kiosk, enter your 9 digit Eagle ID, select your documents and print them.
nstructional Labs are typically located in academic buildings and are smaller in size than open labs. To print in these labs, follow the steps below for Window of macOS.
Printing in Instructional Labs – Windows
- Sign in to the computer
- Select the “Print” command in the application you’re using.
- The printer located in in the lab should be selected. Click “Print.”
Printing in Instructional Labs – macOS
- Sign in to the computer
- Click the “green” printer icon in the upper right hand corner and click “Refresh my printers now”
- Select the “Print” command in the application you are using.
- The printer located in in the lab should be selected. Click “Print.”
Getting Started
MyPrint Web
Using the Web Print solution is one of our most flexible printing option. Students can upload documents anywhere, anytime. Documents aren’t printed until you pick them up from a release station, so you don’t have to worry about anyone picking them up by mistake. Follow the steps below to upload your documents:
Visit a FindMe Location, enter your 9 digit Eagle ID, select your
documents and print them.
- Sign in to MyPrint using your Georgia Southern University credentials
- Click “Web Print”
- Click “Submit a Job”
- Select a FindMe queue to send your print job to:
- Click “Print Options and Account Selection”
- Select number of copies
- Click “Upload Documents”
- Drag and drop your document or Click “Upload from Computer”
- Click “Upload and Complete”
Email to Print
Using the Email to Print solution is our most flexible printing option. Students can upload documents anywhere, anytime. Documents aren’t printed until you pick them up from a release station, so you don’t have to worry about anyone picking them up by mistake. Follow the steps below to upload your documents:
- Send an email with a pdf attachment to one of the following email addresses:
- Myprint-bw-double@georgiasouthern.edu
- Myprint-bw-single@georgiasouthern.edu
- Myprint-color-double@georgiasouthern.edu
- Myprint-color-single@georgiasouthern.edu
- Visit a Release Station or Mobile Print Kiosk and print your documents.
- (Note: Release stations with only a black/white printer cannot release a color document).
Important:
- Be sure to send the document(s) from your @georgiasouthern.edu email address.
- Maximum page limit is 50. Document size cannot exceed 100 MB
